How often does monitoring check my site?
Every 60 seconds by default. If a check fails, it's immediately re-confirmed from a second node to prevent false alarms before alerting you.
Can I monitor from multiple locations?
Yes. All checks run from 12 global nodes simultaneously. You'll see response times and status broken down by region.
What triggers a downtime alert?
A non-200 HTTP response, a connection timeout, an SSL error, or a keyword check failure. You define what "down" means for each monitor.
Do you monitor SSL certificate expiry?
Yes - automatic SSL expiry checks run daily and alert you at 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before expiry so you always have time to renew.
