What's the difference between M365 and Google Workspace?
Microsoft 365 is best if your team uses Outlook and Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Google Workspace suits teams built around Gmail, Google Docs and real-time collaboration.
Can you migrate from my old email provider?
Yes - we migrate existing emails, contacts and calendar entries. Migration typically takes 24–48 hours with no downtime.
Do I need to buy Microsoft licences separately?
No. We procure and manage your M365 or Google Workspace licences directly. One invoice, one point of contact.
Can I have email without a website?
Yes. You just need a domain name. We'll configure your MX records and mailboxes whether or not you have hosting with us.
What is SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
These are email authentication records that tell receiving servers your email is legitimate. Configuring them correctly dramatically reduces spam score and phishing risk. We set them up for free.
How many mailboxes can I have?
As many as you need. Each mailbox is billed per user per month. Add or remove users at any time from the dashboard.
