Maintenance plan questions answered
What counts as a content change?
Text edits, image replacements, adding or removing pages, updating contact details, menu changes and minor layout adjustments. Larger structural changes or new feature development are quoted separately.
How quickly do you respond to emergencies?
Standard plans target same-business-day response. Premium includes a same-day response guarantee for critical issues (site down, security breach). We also offer out-of-hours cover on request.
Do you work with non-WordPress sites?
Our standard plans are designed for WordPress. We also offer maintenance for Webflow, Shopify and custom-built applications - get in touch and we'll put together a bespoke scope.
What happens if something breaks after an update?
We test updates in a staging environment first. If something still goes wrong on the live site, we restore from backup immediately - and fix the root cause before re-applying. You're covered.
Can I roll over unused content change hours?
Unused hours don't roll over, but we notify you mid-month if you haven't used them so you can submit changes before they lapse.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Plans run monthly. There's no lock-in period - cancel with 30 days' notice. That said, most clients stay long term because the peace of mind is worth it.
