What you get

Modern DevOps, end to end

AWS Infrastructure Design

Architecture review, cost optimisation and greenfield infrastructure design. VPC, compute, database and storage - built for resilience and scale.

Docker & Kubernetes

Containerise your applications and manage orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) or AWS ECS/Fargate. Consistent environments from dev to prod.

CI/CD Pipelines

Automated build, test and deploy pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or CircleCI. Ship faster with confidence - broken builds never reach production.

Infrastructure-as-Code

Every resource defined in code using Terraform, Pulumi or AWS CDK. Version-controlled, repeatable, auditable infrastructure - no more manual clicking.

Monitoring & Alerting

Observability stack with CloudWatch, Grafana and Prometheus. Dashboards, alerts and runbooks so you know about incidents before your users do.

Security & Compliance

IAM policy reviews, WAF rules, secrets management and compliance posture checks (SOC2-ready, GDPR). Security built in, not bolted on.

FAQs

Cloud & DevOps questions answered

Managed infrastructure vs self-managed - which should we choose?

Managed services (RDS, ElastiCache, ECS) reduce operational burden but cost more. Self-managed (EC2, k8s on EKS) gives more control and lower unit cost. We'll recommend the right mix for your team's size and capability.

How do AWS costs work - will this be expensive?

AWS pricing depends on your workload. We produce a cost estimate as part of scoping. For most early-stage products, well-architected AWS setups run $200–$800/mo. We build with cost visibility in mind - tagging, billing alerts, right-sizing.

Can you migrate our existing infrastructure?

Yes. We do lift-and-shift migrations (move what exists) and modernisation migrations (containerise, add IaC, improve resilience in the process). We'll assess your current setup and recommend the approach with least risk.

Do you provide on-call and incident support?

Yes - our retainer plans include on-call support with defined SLAs. We set up runbooks and escalation paths so your team is never flying blind during an incident.

What if we already have a DevOps engineer?

We often work alongside in-house engineers - handling specialist work (IaC refactors, security audits, new pipeline builds) while your team focuses on product. We can also upskill your engineers through pair work.

Let's review your infrastructure.

Share your current setup and we'll tell you where the risk is, where the cost leaks are, and what a better architecture looks like - free, no obligation.
