What's the difference between DV, OV and EV?
DV (Domain Validated) just proves you own the domain. OV (Organisation Validated) also verifies your company is real and shows it in the cert. EV (Extended Validation) requires the most vetting and displays your legal company name in the browser bar.
What is a wildcard SSL?
A wildcard covers your main domain and all subdomains - *.yourdomain.com. That means shop.yourdomain.com, blog.yourdomain.com and api.yourdomain.com are all covered under one cert.
